Into The Woods - Walt Whitman High School presents ( Musical)

Into the Woods is a musical with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and book by James Lapine.

Into the Woods opened at the Martin Beck Theatre on November 5, 1987 and ran for more than 760 performances, including Broadway. It is a mixture of several fairy tales such as  Rapunzel, Cinderella, Little red ridinghood, Jack and beastalk, and so on.

Walt Whitman High school students played this muscial "Into the Wood" in school, and many school families watched the musical. Last year they performed the muscial" Damn Yankees", which is also one of famous Broadway muscial, and at that time my kids watched it without me. This time, we all together  enjoyed the muscial.
